Responsibilities
The Revenue Optimization Specialist manages tour grids, slot availability, and data integrity to optimize tour efficiency, room inventory utilization, and revenue. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Financial and Reporting, Yield Management, and Room Inventory teams, the Specialist aligns tour allocations, staffing plans, and inventory with demand and sales goals; delivers actionable reporting; and improves processes across regions.
