[What you will be working on]
About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Public Service Division (PSD) discovery and build team. This role offers an unique opportunity to shape the future of government digital services while working with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
As a Software Engineer, you will:
•
Pioneer technological solutions through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
•
Architect and implement scalable, resilient systems that suit the users’ needs.
•
Craft high-quality, maintainable code that addresses real user needs
•
Drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practice implementation
•
Build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
•
Create comprehensive technical specifications, design documents and architectural decision records
•
Establish team-level norms that guide AI-assisted delivery and use of AI tools
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions
•
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
[What we are looking for]
Educational and Professional Background
•
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
•
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Software Engineering roles.

Full-stack development mastery:
