About the role
We are seeking a Residential Installation Technician in Charlotte, NC to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to earn performance-based income while providing a valuable service and offering additional products to our customers
What You’ll Do:
•
Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs
•
Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience
•
Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations
•
Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment
•
Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent
•
Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus
•
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle payments and complete accurate paperwork
