The OneSource Project Manager is a member of the OS PMO Practice and is responsible for independently leading and driving multiple concurrent projects based on OneSource business priorities and project demand. Assignments may include new program implementations, transitions, process and continuous improvement initiatives, and other strategic or cross-functional OneSource projects. The Project Manager drives assigned projects from initiation through closeout by establishing and maintaining the integrated project plan and governance structure, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and driving accountability to agreed milestones and deliverables. The Project Manager monitors overall project health, proactively manages risks, issues, dependencies and change, and escalates matters requiring additional support or decisions. Functional and workstream owners remain accountable for executing their assigned deliverables. Projects are managed using the methodology, governance framework, tools and standards established by the OS PMO Practice. Project Managers are expected to apply these standards consistently, tailor project-level materials where appropriate, maintain accurate project information, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools and practices. The OS PMO Practice provides flexible project management support across the OneSource business based on organizational priorities and need.
