Responsibilities: * Provide crisis support and side by side interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement. * Provide interventions in the office, virtually, in the community and in client’s residences based on client preference, client need, and at the clinical direction of the urgent care team. * Provide and support mobile crisis interventions, stabilization, planning and evaluations. * Provide follow up and follow along supports as part of short-term treatment planning, stabilization, and urgent care. * Provide short term case management supports including: managing income, insurance, other entitlements, accessing other services and community resources and scheduling/coordination of all medical and psychiatric appointments. * Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and insurance verification within the established timeframes.
