About the role
This role will support the Agent Recruitment team in terms of providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters in order to allow good planning and to facilitate recruitment campaign.
Support the recruitment team to drive recruitment growth by working closely with agency force to achieve the desire recruitment result. Execute recruitment events/activities, executive development programme or related recruitment projects. Reviews agency performance and relevant companywide KPIs and identify agency recruitment needs.
Job Responsibilities
•
Execute recruitment initiatives by provide guidance, support and direction to agency force to ensure the alignment of the company’s strategies
•
Work closely with the team to execute recruitment campaigns and promotion. Coordinate recruitment projects/initiatives and recruitment events/activities, service & facilities
•
Explore and venture new recruitment activity, prepare and design recruitment kits, presentation PowerPoint materials, digital recruitment channel, articles, recruitment script to powerup agency managers
•
Handle daily enquiries from agency force
•
Assist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as required
