What you’ll do
•
Answer and place calls for clients in many industries, following each client’s script
•
Take messages, schedule appointments, collect new customer details, and transfer calls
•
Support customers through live chat, text, and email
•
Keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems

$15.00/hr starting pay, with a raise to $15.50/hr at 4 months
