Your Responsibilities
•
Develop medical planning concepts, departmental layouts, functional briefs, and space programs.
•
Coordinate with clients, clinicians, architects, engineers, and specialist consultants.
•
Prepare room data sheets, workflow analyses, adjacency diagrams, and planning reports.
•
Support healthcare projects through feasibility, planning, design, and implementation stages.
•
Review healthcare guidelines, standards, and operational requirements to inform design solutions.
Pre-requisites and Preferred Qualifications
•
Degree in Architecture, Medical Planning, Healthcare Design, or related discipline.
•
Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare planning and/or healthcare architecture.
•
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare facility planning principles.
•
Experience in healthcare projects from briefing through design development.
•
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
