About the Role
As a Veterinary Account Manager, you’re the one person at Roo your vets know by name: the first call when something’s wrong, the advocate in the room when decisions affect them, and the reason they keep choosing Roo. You’ll spot risks before they become churn and directly grow the revenue line the company watches most.
The role blends genuine relationship building with a data-informed operating rhythm. You’ll work from booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to know each vet’s story, catch changes early, and decide where your week goes. You’ll also represent Roo in person through vet events, community programming, and conference presence.

$97,000—$127,000 USD
Tier 2 Pay Range (examples: LA, Boston, Seattle, DC, San Diego, Chicago)
Tier 4 Pay Range (examples: Minneapolis, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Orlando, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City)
$80,000—$100,000 USD
Tier 5 Pay Range (examples: Madison, Birmingham, San Antonio, Spokane, Toronto)
$75,000—$95,000 USD
