•
Creating product updates, implementation guides, and other resources to help partners utilize new platform capabilities.
•
Partnering with Sales to onboard new partners and ensure seamless campaign setup and implementation.
•
Collaborating with Marketing to develop and improve product, onboarding, and implementation materials based on partner needs.
•
Serving as an internal advocate for partners by identifying recurring needs, communicating feedback, and helping improve the overall partner experience.
•
Supporting additional team priorities as needed in a collaborative, start-up environment.

•
Can translate detailed or technical information into clear, actionable recommendations.
•
Are a self-starter who looks for opportunities to improve processes and work more efficiently.
•
Are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•
Value collaboration and are comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback.
