Business partner with the GMs/Functional leaders to drive analysis and tools for improved decision making
Develop and monitor core KPIs to track progression towards achieving operating plan and to drive both top and bottom-line performance

The role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner to leadership in driving business performance and strengthening P&L management. In this role, you will take ownership of labor variance analysis, labor walk reporting, volume-rate impact assessments, FX impact calculations, and cost allocations across departments and regions. You will also play a critical role in close activities, forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This is a high-visibility position that requires strong analytical rigor, clear communication, and effective cross-functional stakeholder partnership
Responsibilities

Requirements
What you’ll have

Experience: 6-8+ years of experience

Education: MBA or CA with 6-8+ years of FP&A experience preferred
•
Skills:
•

•
