What You’ll Be Doing
•
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on ready mix plant equipment to maximize operational uptime.
•
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems associated with plant operations.
•
Inspect, maintain, and replace components including conveyors, mixers, motors, gearboxes, and related production equipment.
•
Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed, including routine inspections and mechanical repairs.
•
Partner with operations teams to support safe, reliable, and productive performance across multiple ready mix plant locations.
