Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Officer to support recruitment and business development initiatives targeting Chinese Mainland Individuals (CMI). The incumbent will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment and business events while working closely with internal stakeholders and frontline teams to drive engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities
•
Support the Team Leader in planning and executing CMI recruitment initiatives and business development activities.
•
Coordinate and manage recruitment seminars, networking events, business conferences, and engagement programs from planning through execution.
•
Collaborate closely with internal departments, frontline leaders, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of events and campaigns.
•
Prepare and develop event promotional materials, marketing posters, communication content, presentation decks, and event collateral.
Assist in team operations, project coordination, reporting, and administrative support functions.
•
Track event participation and campaign effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
•
Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments related to CMI recruitment and business development initiatives.
