As a Team Manager on the Orchestrator team, you’ll lead one of Orca’s most strategic engineering teams, responsible for the scan pipeline end to end, from trigger to published results. The orchestration layer this team owns sits on the critical path of the entire product, and every scan Orca runs goes through it.
The platform is large-scale, distributed and always on, running across all of Orca’s production sites worldwide, including regulated and customer-hosted environments. It is a demanding distributed-systems domain, where throughput, resilience and cloud efficiency are permanent engineering concerns rather than one-off projects.
You’ll lead a team of talented senior engineers, providing both technical and people leadership while staying hands-on in design and implementation. You’ll drive key architectural decisions, lead the platform’s move to its next-generation architecture, and evolve it for higher scale, stronger resilience and deeper visibility into every job in flight.
We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader who wants to make a foundational impact on the engine that powers Orca’s cloud security platform.
