What You’ll Do
•
Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
•
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
•
Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
•
Perform system startups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
•
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
•
Train and mentor Install Helpers and Install Seconds
•
Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately
•
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
What We’re Looking For
•
2 or more years of Residential HVAC installation experience
•
Previous Lead Installer experience preferred
•
Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and local codes
•
Leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others
•
Strong communication and customer service skills
•
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•
A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
