Opportunity Overview
Overview:
The Practice Desktop team leads the digital experience for 40,000+ branch users, serving as the front door to the systems that power financial advisor (FA) and client support team (CST) workflows. The team brings together the capabilities advisors use to manage and grow their practices, understand practice health, and serve clients more efficiently, while increasingly embedding AI into the branch- and client-facing experience.
What you’ll do:
•
Lead strategy and team of professionals responsible for creating branch-facing digital experiences that help Financial Advisors and their teams identify, prioritize and act on opportunities to accelerate practice growth, with success measured through outcomes such as pipeline progression, asset growth, usage and engagement.
•
Own multi-year strategy and value-delivery roadmap for the “Accelerate Practice Growth” team, translating wealth management priorities, advisor needs, data and insights into clear investment, capability and sequencing decisions.
•
Shape connected, end-to-end growth experiences that bring together opportunity identification, prioritization, planning and action within FA and branch-team workflows.
•
Set annual priorities and measurable business outcomes for growth capabilities, balancing near-term value delivery with longer-term platform, data, AI and experience investments.
•
Champion the application of AI, data and advanced analytics to practice growth, using insights and intelligent recommendations to help Financial Advisors identify opportunities, determine next-best actions and focus time on the highest-value growth activities.
•
Lead cross-functional alignment across AI, data, digital product, engineering, UX, enablement, compliance and field partners, resolving strategic dependencies and establishing shared accountability for delivering business and user outcomes.
•
Establish performance measures and feedback mechanisms that connect advisor behavior, adoption, pipeline progression and growth outcomes to product and investment decisions, enabling continuous refinement of the growth strategy and roadmap.
•
Represent the voice of the Financial Advisor and branch team in growth-related investment decisions, combining field insight, behavioral data, industry trends and business priorities to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
•
Build and develop a high-performing team, creating clarity of purpose, strengthening strategic and product capabilities, and empowering leaders to make decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
