As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, weâll ensure you have the best of everything you need to deliver the top-class service weâre aiming for. Youâll have the backing of Octopus Energyâs massive tech power - so weâll be able to constantly evolve and shift processes to ensure weâre always delivering our best service. This should help to keep admin to a minimum, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
Weâre looking for Electricians with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence. Youâll be representing our brands in our customersâ homes; in many cases, the first face-to-face contact a customer has with Octopus Energy - so our expectations are high.
Youâll be responsible for:

Installing any of our exciting low carbon technology in customersâ homes
â˘
Working collaboratively with our wider team to deliver solutions that are right for you and your customers

Using your knowledge and experience of electrical works to complete installations and deliver outstanding customer service that our customers know and love

Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre
â˘
have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
â˘
have a level 3 NVQ or equivalent, 18th Edition, Part P/ installation qualification and Inspection & Testing qualifications

We do things a little differently around here. If successful in your eligibility questions, weâll invite you to complete our online blended assessment. This is made up of multiple-choice questions and three short video interview questions. Youâll be scored fairly by a real person and if you stand out to us, weâll invite you to an in person recruitment event where you can show us what youâve got.
