We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who can bridge business and technology, leading discovery, process design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and user adoption across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, solution design expertise, and the ability to deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations while applying Microsoft best practices and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
•
Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
•
Design, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core.
•
Build and maintain Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows.
•
Design and implement security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management (ALM), and CI/CD processes.
•
Lead testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment readiness, training, go-live support, hypercare, and solution documentation.
•
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and third-party vendors.
•
Apply governance standards and Microsoft best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
•
Mentor and support delivery team members.
