About the Role:
Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused Travel Programs Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for all things travel. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Travel Programs, you will own the day-to-day support experience — managing Jira tickets, resolving employee questions and escalations, and ensuring every Crusoe employee can travel confidently and smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, is energized by the operational side of travel, and enjoys building reliable, scalable support systems in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Be Working On:
•
Employee Support & Ticketing: Serve as the primary employee-facing point of contact for all travel questions, escalations, and urgent needs. Monitor and manage all incoming Jira support tickets end-to-end — from intake through resolution. Resolve employee issues directly or escalate to the Sr. Manager, Travel Programs as needed.
•
Platform Support: Provide hands-on support for Navan platform questions, booking issues, and technical troubleshooting. Guide employees through the platform confidently and efficiently. Serve as primary partner for the Executive Assistant team on complex, multi-city, and VIP itineraries.
•
Travel Experience & Communications: Support cross-office travel coordination and serve as the day-to-day resource for a seamless employee travel experience. Guide employees on travel policy, ensuring adherence while providing a clear and supportive path for exception requests. Communicate high-impact travel events or disruptions to Executive Assistant team and Leaders proactively.
•
Training & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all employees — including new hires — complete WorkRamp travel training. Track recurring support issues and surface trends to the Manager, Travel Programs monthly. Capture and log employee feedback from support interactions to inform ongoing program improvements.
•
Groups & Meetings: Support end-to-end travel logistics for team offsites, external events, and company meetings. Source and book room blocks and meeting spaces, manage group air and attendee requirements, build and maintain rooming lists and attendee trackers, facilitate ground transportation vendors, track attrition and contract deadlines, and reconcile post-event invoices against budget. Partner with EAs, Workplace, and Finance throughout planning and on-site execution.
•
Travel Programs Support: Provide operational support and subject matter expertise to our evolving travel program, including implementation of industry best practices, under the leadership of the Sr. Manager of Travel Programs, and in partnership with various cross-functional stakeholders in Executive Operations, Accounting/Finance, Procurement, Workplace, and other key departments…
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
•
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a travel support, customer service, or operations role — ideally within a global tech company or professional services corporate environment.
•
Familiarity with Navan and/or comparable corporate travel platforms (e.g., Concur, TripActions); Navan experience strongly preferred.
•
Travel Management Company/Business Travel experience navigating supplier agreements and vendor relationships with air, rail, rental car, hotel, etc.

•
Experience with event management tools such as Cvent, Planned, and other industry software.
•
Familiarity with hotel contract fundamentals, such as attrition, F&B minimums, deadlines, etc.
•
Strong customer service orientation — patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
•
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously without losing track of anything.
•
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being built.
•
Clear communicator — able to explain travel policy and platform guidance in plain, accessible language. Continuously maintain self-help resources and reference documentation for easy digestion by current employees and assist with travel programs for newly onboarded employees.
•
Proactive mindset — you identify gaps before they become problems and flag trends before they become escalations.
