Responsibilities
1.
Responsible for conducting daily first-level equipment checks and monthly autonomous inspections of machinery in the production department to ensure equipment remains in good operating condition.
2.
Implement 5S standards in the production area and execute preventive maintenance plans for machinery and equipment.
3.
Responsible for gas product manufacturing, immediate handling of abnormal production conditions, and execution of related production tasks. Experience in gas filling or gas blending is preferred.
4.
Control, segregation, and disposition of nonconforming products.
5.
Analyze the root causes of quality abnormalities and develop, implement, and track corrective actions.
6.
Analyze audit findings from internal, external, and customer audits, and formulate, implement, and follow up on corrective improvement actions.
7.
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising, and maintaining operating procedures and SOP documents.
8.
Carry out other assignments and continuous improvement projects as directed by the supervisor.
Nice to have
9.
Experience in chemical management, permit application, regulatory reporting, or compliance-related activities is preferred.
