Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Pasteurization Plant Operator to join a reputable client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves operating and monitoring the pasteurization process within a food or beverage production facility to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. As a Pasteurization Plant Operator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of production operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pasteurization machinery to prevent breakdowns.
•
Record and report operational data, including temperature, pressure, and production volumes.
•
Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
•
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control policies.
•
Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.
•
Maintain a clean and safe working environment following health and safety protocols.
Requirements
•
Diploma or degree in Food Technology, or related field.
•
3+ Years of work experience in the same field
•
Proven experience in operating pasteurization or heat-treatment equipment within a production environment.
•
Good understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.
•
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
•
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
•
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
