About the company
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We’re known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on supply chain leader to shape how Wyze plans, operates, and scales as the business grows. Sitting at the center of market demand, inventory, supply continuity, and cross-functional execution, this role partners closely with internal stakeholders (Leadership, Sales, Finance, Product), and external international supplier partners to drive high quality decisions and inventory performance.
Why you are a perfect fit: you enjoy solving complex supply chain challenges and are looking to rethink supply chain end-to-end through automation and creativity. Wyze is a fast-changing environment, with shifting demand, product timelines, and supply constraints which all require rapid, high-quality decision-making. This role offers a chance to lead beyond reporting by building analytical algorithms, operating frameworks, improving planning quality, modernizing systems and processes, and helping accelerate AI-enabled supply chain capabilities into real day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
•
Lead and drive the S&OP process, aligning Sales, Product, and Finance while challenging assumptions, resolving conflicts, and pushing for timely, high-quality trade-off decisions
•
Own demand forecasting, inventory planning and decision-making, balancing demand, supply, service levels, and working capital constraints to optimize overall business performance
•
Drive system and process improvement across forecasting, planning and analytics workflows to improve planning efficiency, rigor, visibility, and decision-making speed
•
Actively manage and influence overseas suppliers to protect supply continuity, including navigating constraints, pushing back when needed, and driving mitigation plans
•
Lead adoption and implementation of AI-empowered applications and workflows to improve demand forecasting, inventory planning efficiency, accuracy, and team productivity
•
Build and drive high-performing teams: Build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams — set clear standards, recruit top talent, and create accountability structures that scale with the business.
•
Reimagine team design for an evolving function: Evaluate how automation and new tools change the shape of the work, and use that insight to define the team structure, roles, and skills needed to stay ahead - balancing technology and human expertise where each adds the most value.
•
Develop proposals and conduct presentations to leadership to facilitate critical inventory decisions
What You’ll Bring
•
8-10 years of direct experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning and forecasting, inventory planning, S&OP, or a closely related supply chain operation and analytical function

•
Track record building high-performing teams: Proven experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams - including hands-on recruiting/hiring and a track record of measurable team performance outcomes
•
Experience redesigning team structure around new technology: Demonstrated experience evaluating and integrating automation/AI tools into team workflows, and restructuring roles, skills, or org design in response - not just managing a static team, but having actually changed its shape before.
•
Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate data into business decisions, and the judgment to assess when data or models may be incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading
•
Proven ability to make high-quality decisions quickly in ambiguous, cross-functional environments with incomplete information
•
Experience building, maintaining, and interpreting metrics and dashboards for operational decision-making
•
