Earn a $2000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $2000 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by November 30, 2026. Upon meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus will be paid in $1000 installments after 90 and 180 days of employment**.Overview**
Rogue is hiring 2nd shift Laser Operators at our Westbelt facility near Hilliard. Laser Operators cut parts for Rogue’s manufactured products using flat lasers and tube lasers.
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm
Starting pay $25.30*
Pay increases to $26.40-$30.80* after 1 year
*Includes shift differential for 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
•
Follow written and verbal work instructions, including part drawings
•
Load/unload materials from machines
•
Separate, stack and count finished parts
•
Operate power tools and hand tools (sanders, grinders, taps, etc.) to finish products to exact specification
•
Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks
•
Accurately read tape measures, calipers and other measuring devices to ensure product quality
•
Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs
•
Maintain good housekeeping in your work area
•
Work overtime before and after shift, and on Saturdays as needed
•
Team Members may be assigned outside of Laser department to assist other areas of the business as needed
