About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack) to take ownership of meaningful parts of the platform and help raise the bar for engineering quality across the team. •
Lead architecture discussions and make pragmatic decisions balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability.
•
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging while ensuring correctness and quality; help establish safe usage and review standards for AI-generated code.
•
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback.
•
Collaborate with product owners and QA to scope and deliver performant, maintainable software.
•
Drive technical planning, improve deployment pipelines, build tooling, monitoring, and debugging, and champion unit and integration testing.
•
Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response, and drive postmortem follow-through.
