Operations Officer
Job Summary
The Operations Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of banking processes. This individual will be responsible for supporting various operational functions to maintain service quality and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

* Execute and monitor daily banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Process customer requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
* Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to mitigate operational risks.
* Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation for management review.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
* Participate in system testing and upgrades to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.
* Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
