About the role
As a Land Surveying Intern at Elevation, you’ll be exposed to the full lifecycle of land development projects. Under the guidance of our surveying team, you’ll assist in technical survey tasks, get field experience, and support project execution from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
•
Support the survey team with technical tasks such as:
•
Geographic Information Systems and feasibility projects
•
Construction Staking and Calculations
•
Subdivision Platting
•
Metes and Bounds Legal Descriptions
•
Surveying CAD Drafting
•
Assist in producing final surveys : title, boundary, as-built, topographic, control
•
Field work with total station, GPS, and lidar and photogrammetry drones
•
Collaborate with team members on multi-disciplinary projects
•
Submit accurate and timely timesheets
•
Coordination with Engineering, Construction, and Production Divisions
•
Maintain positive, professional relationships across departments
