What You’ll Achieve
•
Coordinating on-site and phone interviews for candidates with efficiency and accuracy
•
Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date
•
Ensuring an amazing and consistent experience throughout the entire candidate journey
•
Meeting and greeting candidates coming in to interview
•
Facilitate expense reimbursement process for candidates
•
Coordinating reference checks
•
Performing administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
Qualities:
•
2+ years customer service experience
•
You’re a ruthless prioritizer that thrives in a fast-paced environment
•
Proficient with Google Suite or similar calendar/meeting applications
•
Detail-oriented with a strong desire to contribute
•
Learns quickly in a high-growth and ever-changing environment
•
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
•
You believe there’s no “i” in team and you play to win
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•
Warm and welcoming demeanor, able to build relationships quickly
