About the role
Ansell is looking for an OT Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join our team in Cyberjaya/India.
In this position you will plays a vital role in design, implement, and maintain robust IT and OT infrastructure solutions across global environments. This role combines traditional IT systems engineering with operational technology (OT) expertise, ensuring seamless integration between enterprise IT platforms and industrial control systems such as Aveva SCADA. The position holder will work closely with global teams to deliver secure, highly available, and compliant infrastructure services, supporting both corporate and plant-level operations.

What your role will be?
•
Design and implement hybrid IT/OT infrastructure solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies (Hyper-V, Azure), and industrial control systems (such as Aveva SCADA).
•
Integrate OT systems into IT architecture while ensuring cybersecurity, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
•
Manage virtualization platforms and cloud services for scalability and disaster recovery.
•
Support high-availability clusters and implement robust backup and recovery strategies for critical IT and OT systems.
•
Perform routine administration, patching, and performance tuning for servers, networks, and SCADA environments.
•
Develop and maintain accurate documentation for IT and OT systems, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
•
Proactively monitor infrastructure health using advanced monitoring tools (SolarWinds) and resolve incidents promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 projects.
What will you bring to Ansell?
