Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
•
Provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
•
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
•
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
•
Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families
•
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Current Ohio STNA certification
•
Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
•
Strong communication and teamwork skills
•
Reliable attendance and commitment to excellence
•
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
