Overview
The Local Marketing Manager serves as the local marketing and customer experience connection between Coolray Atlanta operations and Wrench Marketing. This role brings the Coolray Atlanta brand to life in the community by activating local marketing strategies, building strategic partnerships, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities that support growth. THIS IS A IN OFFICE POSITION.
Working closely with operations and Wrench Marketing, the Local Marketing Manager identifies market opportunities, coordinates local activations, supports customer experience initiatives, and provides local insights that help the business improve lead conversion, reputation, retention, membership growth, and revenue.
Success in this role requires more than executing marketing activities. The Local Marketing Manager must understand what is happening in the business, why it matters, and how marketing can help drive the desired outcome.
Wrench centrally manages marketing budget, media, and lead generation, so this role is not responsible for independently building or managing a local media plan. Instead, this person serves as the local marketing business partner, collaborating with Wrench and operations to maximize the value of that investment.
The ideal candidate can analyze the customer journey from lead through conversion and retention, use CRM and performance data to identify gaps, investigate root causes, and help improve customer experience and revenue performance. They should also bring local-market insights back to Wrench to help optimize spend and lead generation.
