• Promptly respond to inbound inquiries from prospective tenants across all channels
• Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, preferred location, and move-in timeline.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead pipeline in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the acquisition funnel.
Unit Matching & Property Showings
• Review available inventory to identify units that match each tenant’s specific needs and preferences.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing detailed and accurate information about each unit.
• Present the features, benefits, and terms of available units in a compelling and professional manner.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure units are show-ready at the time of viewings.
Negotiation & Deal Closing
• Negotiate rental terms with prospective tenants, including rent price, lease duration, payment schedules, and special conditions; within approved guidelines.
• Handle objections professionally and work to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Guide tenants through application requirements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly occupancy and signing targets.
Tenant Onboarding & Contract Signing
• Oversee the contract preparation process in coordination with the property management team
• Walk tenants through contract agreements, ensuring full understanding of all terms and conditions.
• Collect required signatures, deposits, and documentation to finalize the tenancy.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the property management team post-signing.
