The Senior Procurement Specialist at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to support construction and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company policies.

Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast material needs and plan procurement schedules.

Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.

Guide and mentor junior procurement staff as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
