Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Overview
Serve as the main expert of Schneider’s inventory management as a Parts Coordinator in Carlisle, PA. Maintain the quantity, accuracy and availability of all parts inventory in the shop.
Responsibilities
•
Coordinate with shop leadership, technicians and the parts team to provide accurate and timely parts inventory.
•
Participate as a member of the shop leadership team and advise the Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics.
•
Ensure shop inventory is maintained in accordance with established guidelines.
•
Act as a training back-up and provide off-hours support when necessary.
•
Use a vehicle to pick up parts.
Skills and Qualifications
•
A technical degree in inventory management or related field, or a minimum of X years of parts inventory experience.
•
Basic math skills.
•
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
•
Excellent customer service skills.
•
Valid driver’s license and meet Schneider’s DMV record standards.
