About the role
We are looking for a candidate to be part of the EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud support team (for ERP/Procurement modules), responsible for BAU support as well as project support. You will be one of the key contact point for the EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud technical support team (for ERP/Procurement modules) in providing the BAU support as well as project support.
Responsibilities
•
BAU (Business As Usual) and project support for EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and Procurement Modules)
•
Managed and assess impact of the issues and enhancement requirements coming from the users or source systems IT teams
•
Involvements in the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support
•
Involvements in the technical discussion/solutioning with the users or source system IT support teams
•
Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
•
Follow through the resolution and/or establish resolution plan
•
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices. Establish good working relationships with peers and users
•
Any other responsibilities that may be given by supervisor or manager
Requirements
•
Holds a tertiary education, preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar qualifications
•

•
At least 10 years’ experience as software engineer in providing BAU and system enhancements support in the EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud application
