Carrier Smart Service Platform
Responsibilities
•
Perform monthly routine service for HVAC Units (mainly chillers) under a service agreement.
•
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and operational issues and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
•
Attend customer complaints, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions.
•
Support after-sales service sales by identifying repair, replacement, upgrade, and maintenance opportunities.
•
Attend technical meetings with customers, consultants, and contractors.
•
Coordinate with customers, contractors, technicians, and internal teams for smooth execution of service activities.
•
Connect and monitor chillers through the Carrier Smart Service Platform and prepare equipment performance reports.
•
Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance and repair schedules.
•
Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for HVAC units’ complaints and breakdowns.
•
Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
Preferred Skills & Experience
•
Hands-on experience in chiller servicing, commissioning, troubleshooting, or repair.
