Responsibilities
Improve satisfaction by ensuring customer issues of UPS and network products are well managed and ultimately prevented
Ensure the execution of temporary and permanent corrective actions to solve customer complaints fast and effectively
Escalate customer issues to the right organization
Drive the issue resolution with keeping PDCA in order to contain, analyze, correct, and prevent the defect affecting the customers in time
Report to the customers about root cause analysis and solution of the issues
Ensure the incoming inspection in Japan is correct and efficient
Support the other departments to accomplish the business project
Location: Tokyo & Funabshi
