Location: West Valley City, UT - Hybrid/In-Office
Pay: $20 - 22 per hour
Schedule: [Full-time, Monday–Friday, Possible Saturday shifts]
Funding experience not required. High standards are.
Arivo is growing fast, and we’re building out our Funding team with people who want a real career in finance and risk. We’ll teach you the funding side of the business with hands-on training. In return, we’re looking for people who already bring the habits that matter: accuracy, dependability, and a strong drive to learn.
If you take pride in doing things right and want a place where you can grow, this is your starting point.
What you’ll do
•
Review loan files to make sure documents, signatures, and payment details are complete and correct
•
Verify income and do the calculations that confirm a customer’s application
•
Enter contract and customer details into our systems quickly and accurately
•
Research vehicle values and history using tools like Kelley Blue Book, NADA, and Carfax
•
Apply our funding guidelines and clear outstanding conditions so deals can close
•
Talk with customers to gather information and keep their loans on track
•
Cross-train on funding tasks as you grow, building toward more advanced roles
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to know funding yet. You do need to show us:
•
Sharp attention to detail. Accuracy is the job. Small errors matter, and you catch them.
•
Adaptability. Processes evolve as we grow, and you handle change with a positive attitude.
•
A real drive to learn. You ask good questions, take feedback well, and apply it quickly.
•
Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates, by phone and in writing.
•
Computer skills. You’re comfortable with computers, email, and learning new systems.
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or equivalent required
