About Total Life
Total Life is a US telehealth company dedicated to adults 65 and over. For five years we’ve provided mental health care to thousands of older adults with in network service on Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans. We’re now expanding into longevity medicine and psychiatry, and building a team of nurse practitioners across the US from scratch. You’d be helping build that team.
The role
You’ll find, screen and schedule licensed US clinicians — nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists — across several states. Much of the work is outreach: calling and messaging candidates, and getting the right ones to interview. You’ll work closely with our Provider Success team.
What you’ll do
•
Source candidates through Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels, and reach out directly by phone, text and email
•
Pre-screen candidates using our interview guide: state licence, board certification, DEA registration, and experience with older adults
•
Verify licences on US state board websites
•
Schedule interviews, conduct video screenings and keep candidates engaged through to onboarding
•
Keep our applicant tracker and Workable stages up to date
•
Report weekly on your pipeline by state, against where patient demand is highest
