About the role
Directly reporting to the Group IT Security Manager, the candidate will join the global IT Security function, leading and coordinating Cyber Security (IT and OT) initiatives across the entire Group.
Your responsibilities include:
•
Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.
•
Drive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring the proper coordination with the IT team, other organizational functions and suppliers.
•
Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments.
•
Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks.
•
Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators.
•
Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure security by design in new projects.
•
Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
•
Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization.
•
Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
Who are we looking for:
•
