Responsibilities
•
Supervise technicians to provide repairing service for clinics and office
•
Coordinate contractors to carry out renovation / reinstatement work / building maintenance work. Monitor progress and evaluate their quality and performance
•
Coordinate new clinic opening or clinic closure.
•
Ensure facilities (e.g. fire service, electrical service etc) meeting with government regulations and security standards
•
Coordinate fire service inspection
•
Organize security service and telecommunications/communications
•
Other adhoc assignment as assigned
Requirements
•
6 years+ relevant experience in facilities management / building repair & maintenance. Experience in retail, health care or multi-location settings
•
Solid project planning and management skills and can demonstrate strong abilities in organisation, setting priorities, documentation and multi-tasks
