Form Energy is hiring a Staff Mechanical Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team in Berkeley, CA. This position is part of a growing team. It will ideally suit a mechanical design engineer with experience in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, structural analysis, cost and mass-down efforts, disciplined engineering rigor, and taking a design into high-volume production. You’re eager to dive deep into technical challenges, can work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and are willing to roll up your sleeves, do hands-on prototyping, and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with test, SIE, manufacturing, supply chain, and other teams.
