WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Intern Analyst will work on a wide range of deals, including direct and operational real estate. The Intern will be involved in the full investment process and will assist with acquisition, asset management, portfolio management and disposition duties.

Real estate valuation analysis & Excel cash-flow modelling

Market research

Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions

Assisting with legal negotiations, due diligence and execution of transactions

Assisting with leasing and execution of works

Drafting memoranda and presentations for internal and external use
