Como você irá impactar
Responsabilidades:
•
Controle das certidões negativas e suporte com serviços paralegais;
•
Suporte com demandas diárias de conferência de impostos, entrada e saída de notas fiscais;
•
Acompanhamento de demandas administrativas da área, assinaturas, protocolos, conferência de cadastros, controle de pagamentos, e-mails do departamento;
•
Auxílio no cumprimento de obrigações acessórias, tais como ECF, EFD, DCTF, REINF.
O que é necessário para ter sucesso
•
Estudante de Contabilidade, Direito, Administração e Economia (e cursos relacionados) com formação prevista a partir de 2028.
•
Inglês intermediário (desejável)
•
Bons conhecimentos de MS-Office – Principalmente Excel.
•
Ótima comunicação, criatividade, resiliência, espírito de colaboração, aprendizado ágil, foco no cliente, resolução de problemas
