Overview
The Solutions Architect partners with Sales, Engineering, Product, and customers to design infrastructure solutions that align with business and technical requirements. This role serves as the primary technical advisor throughout the pre-sales process, leading solution discovery, architecture design, technical presentations, and proposal development. The Solutions Architect is responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions while providing technical expertise that supports successful customer outcomes and drives business growth.
Responsibilities
•
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, and infrastructure challenges.
•
Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and bare-metal environments.
•
Partner with the Sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including customer onboarding, solution scoping, RFP/RFI responses, and technical solution estimation.
•
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution overviews to customers and internal stakeholders.
•
Develop solution architecture documentation, technical diagrams, cost estimates, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to support customer proposals.
•
Collaborate with Product Management by providing customer feedback and recommending enhancements that influence the product roadmap.
•
Coordinate with vendors, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders to align hardware availability and deployment timelines.
•
Stay current on emerging infrastructure technologies, hosting platforms, cloud services, and industry trends.
•
Build trusted relationships with customers by serving as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales engagement.
•
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and operationally feasible.
•
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
•
