Job Summary
We are now looking for a recruiter based in Shanghai WGQ office. This role will be part of our dynamic China talent acquisition team and will be responsible for the recruitment activities for the assigned Segments and the talent acquisition projects as required.
What a typical day looks like:
· Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including requisition management, sourcing, screening and interviewing
· Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs
· Use multiple sourcing channels to source active and passive candidates.
· Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Handle assigned or ad-hoc TA projects as required.
· Update the recruitment weekly and period report.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
· Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors
