Responsibilities
•
Lead and supervise the dates procurement team to meet operational goals.
•
Develop and implement procurement strategies for dates to support the commercial plan.

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and delivery terms.
•
Ensure timely and accurate purchase orders and follow-ups to maintain adequate dates inventory.
•
Collaborate with supply chain team to forecast and plan dates purchasing requirements.
•
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
•
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
•
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
•
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of procurement team members.
Requirements
