Responsibilities
•
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential properties.
•
Inspect electrical systems, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
•
Ensure all work complies with National Electric Code (NEC) and local regulations.
•
Estimate job costs and materials, and communicate timelines to clients and supervisors.
•
Maintain safety protocols and standards while working on all projects.
•
Coordinate with clients and property managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
•
Valid Electrical License required.
•
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician.
