As our Controller, you’ll own and drive DualEntry’s highest-priority company initiatives and ensure our strategy translates into measurable execution across all departments including Product, Engineering, GTM, and CX.
In addition, you’ll independently lead high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and strengthen how the company operates. You’ll also work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape key decisions and unblock critical priorities.
This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Where you’ll create impact
•
Own the full accounting function end-to-end - month-end close, reconciliations, controls and financial reporting
•
Build DualEntry’s financial infrastructure from the ground up: chart of accounts, accounting policies, workflows and audit-ready controls
•
Drive GAAP-compliant reporting and own all technical accounting decisions
•
Prepare DualEntry for its first external audit and maintain ongoing audit readiness
•
Partner with the CEO, GTM and Ops to connect financial reporting to business performance ARR, burn, unit economics and board-level narratives
•
Support quarterly and annual planning: budgeting, forecasting and board reporting
•
Hire and develop a small accounting team as we scale
•
Build the financial operating model that supports our next phase of growth
What sets you up for success

Compensation & Benefits
