Why this role exists
You will be the bridge between our employees and the tools that will change how they work. Not heavyweight enterprise software. Practical, immediate, high-impact AI adoption across every team and every function.
Your responsibilities
•
Roll out a company-wide AI adoption program, starting with LLM chats and practical automation tools
•
Work directly with leadership to prioritize and scale what works
•
Run regular sessions, workshops and 1:1s to build AI literacy and confidence across the company
•
Track and report adoption metrics so impact is visible and provable
•
Identify how every team currently works and ideate/implement where AI can remove friction, save time and increase output
What you bring
•
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a top university
•

•
