Develop comprehensive job descriptions for nursing roles.

Provide direct patient care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.

Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient care and safety.

Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and advancements in healthcare.

Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university or college
•
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
•
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
•
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and patient care standards
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
•
Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
•
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology
•
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
•
Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
•
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
•
Experience in a specialized area of nursing, such as critical care, emergency, or pediatrics (preferred)
•
Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred)
